Justeen brings a unique blend of professional expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and personal dedication to her role as Executive Assistant at Level Up Life Planning, LLC.
Originally from Illinois, Justeen has called it home since childhood and shares her life with her high school sweetheart, Brandon. They have spent 25 years together and have two children, Lottie and Leo. After 17 years in Chicago’s vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, the family relocated to Albuquerque in July 2024, drawn to the sunshine, mountain views, and opportunities for outdoor adventures.
Justeen's career path is as diverse as it is accomplished. Beginning at age 13 with jobs ranging from babysitting to waitressing to banking, Justeen built a strong work ethic early on. After college, she supported a real estate developer with office management and condo closings. Following the 2008 market downturn, she pivoted to Potbelly Sandwich Shop’s support center, advancing from Executive Assistant to an HR Benefits Specialist. She later served as an HR Benefits Specialist/Executive Assistant at a global teletrac company, working closely with senior leadership.
Driven by her entrepreneurial mindset, Justeen launched an Etsy shop in 2014 that transitioned into a successful women’s clothing boutique after the birth of her daughter. Her dream of opening a boutique became a reality in November 2021. In 2024, her family chose to relocate to Albuquerque and therefore the store had to close and the next chapter of their lives would begin.
Today, Justeen is excited to rejoin the business community, where she combines her adaptability, organizational expertise, and passion for supporting others to help Level Up Life Planning thrive.
